  Dear Mommy was your daughter premature then?
  You mustve been around age 20 when you had her,Shame that your Dad hasnt been around for a while then.Was your Mum a good support?
  I ask this because both my parents have new children so i missed out on seeing them as doting grand parents.

  And your children are very close in age too,those mustve been busy times!
  Also one more nosey question...when did you study nursing ? before or after children?

  Getting married....any advise?

  i'm getting married in a few weeks to the man that was disfellowshipped with me for 'committing adultery in our hearts".

  we have been together for 5 years and have a wonderful and warm relationship, no fear or guilt.

  the only blimp on the horizon is his family, some of whom are maniacs when it comes to the letter of the law.

  Hello Shorty,
  I wanted to be nosey if you dont mind and ask how old you are?
  My mother was disfellowshiped when i was about 16 i am now 24 .

  How are you coping with meetings without your mum?It probably helps if you have lots of friends in the congregation,or a good group of people who care about you.

  Otherwise you must be very brave/determined!

  its amazing the extent these circulate in the wt world.

  i am not so sure, but it develops a powerful folklore amongst jws....often with a moral at the end!

  typically these circulate as experiences given in talks and are then adopted by the masses as truth.. for example, anyone hear the ul about the married couple where the wife had to have a routine blood check.

  does anyone have experience with alcohol abusing family members?.

  what can you do if they dont want to change?what do you do if they have chld(ren) being neglected and the aothorities wont help.. also what if you suspect other mental problems causing anger out bursts-threatend suicide etc.. sorry this is such a quick note as ive been up all night,but i would.

  truly appreciate any advice or experience as this could be life-death as she drink drives with 3yr old .. thankyou friends

  This is very serious as it involves a child and My brother ,sister and I have decided to do what ever we have to do to keep her safe.

  Problems after JWism

  hi everyone, i'd just lke to see if anyone has experienced any of the problems i have as a result of leaving j-dubs.. i know that it is quite common for people to have anxiety or 'panic' attacks.

  these are when a person feels uncomfortable in a certain situation that can result in them feeling as if they are about to die.. i have noticed that since leaving, i have had quite a few of these attacks.

  i don't know if it is coinsidence or attributed to.... i tend to get them in social situations, whether it be on a bus, just generally talking to people, walking down the street, eating at tables with people.. i have had to go to the doctor because i have had heart palpitations(fast heart beating).

  Chrisauld...you arent alone here,
  I suffer from panic and anxiety like this,it can be called social phobia or is similar to agriphobia.I wonder if its from being raised in the cult,critical parents ,certain personalities etc.
  Never feeling excepted in the places you should feel most safe .
  Counciling can help -they mostly get you to think more positively-realisticly.Also alot of it is breathing-you may hold your breath or over breath and this can cause the dissyness etc

  you know, the jews were a warlike people.

  the god they worshipped was entirely different than the loving father revealed by jesus.. hasn't it occured to anyone that when this god of love states that evil will be destroyed, that you will look for it but it will be gone, that what is meant is that the love of god has erased all traces of evil from the person practicing it?

  you've known people like this; people who were at one time evil and who have rid themselves of it.
